I have a friend whose dad is going over to the US and wants to know if the console bought over there will work back here because they are so much cheaper. Is the only difference the power lead or are the games in regions like most things? I heard once that there not in regions because they can fit it all on one disk on something (that doesn’t make any sense to me but that’s what someone said).

Would be good if you can help so I can tell him, thanks.

Got the following from Wikipedia :)

Sorry for the bad news, possibly some good news below however.

So basically, not allowed to bring in consoles to the UK for some reason, however you are allowed games and they should work if I understand the information correctly :)

Right thanks, +rep if I can.

I'll tell him, he wants it to work as a UK console so he won't bother, there coming down in price now.
