my new car and fresh snow
V8 power )
I am a big fan of that gen of M-class. Nice new wheels and it looks like it deals with the conditions superbly.
Interesting way to show off your car but that model of Alfa is a nice one. What colour is it? (I'm hoping you say Black )
yeap,it is black
Recently installed this just couldn't install the foot rest since it's from a TT and need abit of modification to fit
@carlos_69 one question to you, how is it possible to keep pedals that clean and shiny? It's winter time right now (well in my country there is no snow or frost yet) but I still can not super clean them, there is always some sand or mud even after cleaning and it doens't feel son nice while touching it :/
They are dirty the pic just doesn't show. still have to clean them for the first time.. Perhaps you have some sand on the hinges of the pedal and that makes the pedal not that nice to touch. or try cleaning with a toothbrush and with some dish soap or try and blow the sand with compressed air.
Gave my baby her first proper bath in my ownership, she looks so good! (Excuse the crap phone photos, it was getting dark)
That gen of Bimmer will always be timeless for me. She looks real good for her age and in a superb colour too.
Haha the red sticker at the top had me wondering why your high-level brake light could be on before realising it wasn't one.
Yeah she is in decent condition for her age, a few scratches and stone chips but otherwise really good externally, the interior has all the usual E36 issues (Sagging headliner, sagging glovebox, and bolster wear on the outer side of the drivers seat) but overall it's in good condition, I also really love the silver, if it ever gets new paint it will stay the same colour that's for sure!
Toyota AE100 Sprinter GT
@H4milton Now that is going to get you into trouble. I mean look at it, it's pressure on wheels, it wants to get up to mischief!
Decided to upgrade the old BNS to a MK1 RNS-E since the MK2 in my opinion doesn't look right with it's piano black plastic.
Gave the car a bath before it's doctor apointement for a timing belt replacement
And gave one to the Dacia aswell but couldn't finish because of the weather
Not mine but...
Another E36 has ended up in my life. I've been doing a fair bit of maintenance on it as well as letting it sin in my drive.
Its a 320i, auto.
It cost the owner, an ex-member here (Well, not been on in yonks) the best part of...well nothing. And it had MOT, which the worst thing it failed on was the rear shock abosrbers being excessively worn. Not bad!
I do have to say, I really do like the E36 chassis. The 316 is a great thing, and having 6-pot power just makes it even better! The auto-box doesn't even hamper it as we expected!
Whod have though I'd be saying that...
Welcome to the E36 gang! They are great cars to drive, and yeah the auto isn't actually too bad paired with the 2.0 I6.
I've been part of the E36 clan since August 2016.
My 316i, full base spec.
1.6 4-pot, 100hp(When new) 5-Spd manual, cloth seats, un-painted bumpers from factory and in Arctic White.
A slow resto project, but been to a few local classic shows with me last year.
My previous car (I really loved this one, even though you couldn't drive it fast it was fun to cruise through the city), soon I will post pictures of my current one
Damn I have a terrible memory haha, had forgotten you had that.
