iirc people complained about all of the fences + boundaries in FH1
Yup. It was a fun novelty in TDU, but in FH2 it was just plain stupid.
Personally, I think I need to see some more before I feel excited. The map should be 10x bigger than FH2's, not 2x. FH2 disappointed me a lot with the physics compared to 1 too, so I need to see what FH3's is like.

Have some pretty images!
So no car packs for Windows 10?
IT LOOKS SO GOOD
leaked gameplay with the map
haha that's a very odd (squashed) map
Something is not right here. By way of comparison GTA 5 is still sitting at $75 AUD on Steam. I don't think it's dropped much.
afaik there are no alternate places to Windows 10 versions of Xbox games besides the Windows 10 store, which means they have a monopoly.
What we have to work out is what the Ultimate edition actually gives a PC-only player if the "free" DLC packs are Xbox only.
Yeah the price is shocking. This isn't much of a surprise though, is it? Microsoft going for a monopoly.
Here's where everything roughly is
Haha ozz how did you go with the AUD?
Man, is that the whole in-game map?
It's twice as big as fh2 so I'm not complaining.
I still have my savings in USD so it's not so bad.
But Australia isn't only twice as big as the French Riviera.
You can't expect the crew size map with this amount of detail.
I'd take crew's map over any open world racing game no matter how detailed, shame that's the only good thing I can say about the crew.
I'm hoping for a logitech support for the pc version. probably won't happen but
The physics look even worse
@Ryan the car packs are for Forza 6 and Horizon 2 which is why they're Xbox only - you get the packs for pre-ordering FH3.
@Scott - you can't expect it to be realistic, I thought Horizon 2 had fine physics, easy enough to drive but not so easy that it feels like glue.
I'm still very excited the only thing that has be worried is the size of the map, why can't they make a decently sized map!?!
The size of the environment - due to other titles we know all too well - is always a point people make but, don't forget the handling in the Horizon games is usually very good and that for me personally, outweighs a massive environment with dodgy handling.
The attention to detail and amount of cars is also a massive plus!
With every release they keep bringing more and for a title on a 2-year release cycle, that is mighty impressive.
For me it is tdu reincarnation in 2016 going to buy it and play a lot! I have upgraded to win10 already, also got new vga, it will be good for fh3 gtx 770 and it just stays to play a lot
Nope, never said that. Horizon 1 was perfect, they nailed the balance between arcade and simulation. 2 feels like a NFS title, far too grippy, no feeling of weight or roll, barely any understeer, etc.
