Default Will this card do good?

I've just got a new laptop, and im a little sceptic about the videocard:

    nVIDIA GeForce Go7600

the rest of the computer can run medium/high settings, but can the videocard handle it?

agp and pci-e make no difference at all its just an architecture and support for later motherboards to utilise higher end cpus and memory

AGP and PCI-E are the same but if it were just a PCI than AGP is much faster.

My specs find a little strugle on 1280x1024 otherwise running anything below 1024x768 should just about be fine on a razors edge

For what it's worth, I think I've got a pretty good rig. Well, two. My other machine is running nearly the same specs, but using 1 NVIDIA 8800 GTS, instead of 2 7950's. The rig with the 8800, stutters like a madman. Highly annoying!
