Is it possible to extract the car sounds from Juiced.

After looking in the config files, they seem to use the same on_high, off_high etc, format as TDU.
However the sounds, as far as I can tell, are in a .dat file, which I assume is similar to the .bnk file that TDU uses.

How would I extract the sounds from the .dat?
    Googling didn't find anything promising.

    Anyone know?

winrar hasn't put a extract option in the right click for it.
So I don't think winrar will.
