And replaces a really good car, how do I change what car it replaces??

No. Even if it's smaller, you have no guarantee.
The only way to ensure it does not crash, is to Fix bnk1.map file with File Browser or MAP Tool (see TDU Modding Tools); of course after having replaced car files.Unbinning TDU2 | TDUMT II [RELEASE&WIP] | TDUMT 1.16.1 | Community Patch 1.68b | TDU ModShop
