    Default Mozilla Firefox help

I recently can't get Mozilla Firefox to work.

It comes up with this, every time I open it.

I've tried uninstalling, reinstalling and restarting, I've even gone into the C:/ drive and deleted it and then deleted the shortcut.

    Any help please?

Press Ctrl + Alt + Del on your keyboard and click on the processes tab and look for firefox.exe right click and press end process and you should be ok

Can you start Mozilla Firefox in Safe Mode? Not Windows Safe Mode but FF Safe Mode as per Start > All Programs > Mozilla Firefox.
    I'm a bit mental.

Alright you will probably need to kick your PC into Safe Mode to get rid of some straggler files. If you know how to do this great but if not restart your PC then hit F8 before the Windows logo appears but after your BIOS screen displays.

Then when on your Desktop try this:

Open up My Computer and navigate to C:\Program Files\. Delete the "Mozilla Firefox" directory. Then go Start -> Run. In the window that comes up type %AppData% and hit Enter. Double click on the Mozilla folder and then delete the "Firefox" folder. Reboot your computer and try the installation again.
    I'm a bit mental.

With any M$ product you have to reformat at least once a year.

Whenever I get that message, the simple Ctrl>Alt>Del then end the process works fine. Don't know whats going on if that doesn't work.

I've had this before, and the fix I used was a simple PC restart, then it should be fine, hasn't happened recently though so don't know if it'll work for you.

EDIT: Good thing I read the whole first post, Ignore Me Lol.

This is the process you're ending, right?

With windows, regular maintenance doesn't work unless you spend a fortune on aftermarket products
