Simply not possible, Its not a show car at all, plus.. You gotta think this is a VW with a 1600-S Gear box & for a motor to fit it needs a adapter plate also the motor is located in the rear with very minimum space, you gotta fit the radiator and oil cooler, they take up alot of room already. Oh and all car registration places have stricked registration rules..

Btw we ain't rich or made of money.

@KingSkyline: Yes, i do have more except they are just different angles etc.

We now have the motor now, its been cleaned up abit. Some parts will be spray painted and have new chrome caps etc. So it will look new again. For a used motor we tested it before we brought it, so it runs very smooth which was a surprise.

Last night dad cut the bonnet and now has bonnet scoops, just needs to be fiberglassed and need some putty then it will look excellent.

How Embarrising but i just relised the title for this thread and how ive been spelling purivs its meant to be 'Purvis'. Stupid me... I cant change the title but if a mod can fix it i would appreciate it.

Anyways little update: We are now looking at a adapter plate, which goes between the gearbox and motor to be bolted on.
