Isn't it about time Lamborghini actually brought out new cars? I mean, the Murcielago's been out for years... Time for a little fresh metal IMO.

Well if I remember Lambo history correctly the SV is normally the last of a car series I think it was in the case of the Diablo? (Diablo please feel free to correct me if I'm wrong)

But you're right the Murci is pretty old now as it was the first of the cars under VAG ownership ... lets just hope the next is just as large and looney!

The GT (1999), VT 6.0 (2000) and finally the VT 6.0 SE (2001) were the last Diablo's. The SV was in essence in many people's eyes the best Diablo due to the lightweight and the RWD like the first Diablo 2WD in 1990. And for those of you saying the Murcielago has reached the end of it's time, compared to the Diablo it's is merely a teenager as it went for a very strong 11 years. The Murcielago is entering it's 7th year this September but yes it has been said that this may well be the last we will see of the Murcielago unless of course they do a Murcielago GT.

Woot! Finally we get a new RWD Lambo.
The Superleggera should've been RWD aswell.

It doesn't matter how much horsepower your car has, it's about the smile on your face when you drive it.

I can't see an Italian company launching a car at the London Motorshow ... perhaps Frankfurt (Sept) or Paris (Oct)?

Great car, kudos to Lambo, great news etc etc etc, but am I the only one here who thinks that spoiler looks utterly daft?

Didn't mean launch but don't they usually lauch it somewhere and then take it to the rest, which is first?
