Default Need some opinion on Photoshop...

So i just grabbed a photo i have from last year, taken with my not so good Olympus, 8.2 megapixels iirc, i like the photo's content, but the image quality sucked..and it was taken through glass which makes it even worse.
So i opened photoshop..bit of this..bit of that, correct here, change curves, new layers blablabla, and got to a final result. Im not experient with photoshop but id like some evaluations on it
    Edited Pic:

    And now..the original pic

I like the area around the bodies of water but towards the top of the picture around the plane's wing there's a lot of noise. Usually what I do (rather shamefully) is hide it with a slight black gradient.
