Default Be careful of your rights when agreeing to new PSN terms

Sony have hidden away a nasty waiver in the terms and conditions of PSN:

BBC News - Sony asks gamers to sign new terms or face PSN ban

Sony is preparing to ban gamers from the PlayStation Network (PSN) unless they waive the right to collectively sue it over future security breaches.

So that's what I signed and didn't read. Ah well, I have no need to sue them anyway.

You can keep your rights if you write & send them a specific letter by a due date.

The Class action suit filed for the privacy details leak will still be going ahead for those who are a part of that.

You don't even know A) how lazy I am lol and B) How much I don't want to sue Sony for being stupid. I've always been an Xbox lover, but I don't discriminate - I do, however find this new set of rules stupid.
