What kind of BMW is that Bomber one? I must find one. I think it's a 7 but the roof doesn't look right

Wait, wait, wait, are we talking about me or BMW's? Can we try and say BMW instead of Bimmer, I'm getting confused now

It's a slammed E28 5-series. Judging by the Army-green bumper and missing headlight, it's the 5'er that eventually became Rusty Slammington. It's owned by Mike Burroughs, and is (in that shot) running HREs.

    Chopped to this:

And now, sadly, burned. Such a shame. Take a look at the build thread by clicking here (over 250 pictures). It's a sight to behold. Some of the stages are better than others, but the work for every one is just breathtaking. Everyone should read it.

/Yes, I've read the whole thing.

@ Leadfoot: Is that a E39 Wagon converted to an M5? If so, WINNING!

It doesn't matter how much horsepower your car has, it's about the smile on your face when you drive it.

I love what Mike said in this magazine feature about Rusty:

"Exterior(mods): If rust counts, we'll go with that."
