Default I Thought this sucks.. What do you think?

Just got a call from a friend of mine.. Basically after a good 2 years of studying hard during college to get the highest grades possible to be a pilot he was told by the RAF that his dream was basically shattered because he passed all exams, physical and theory but due to his height (Just over 6"8 I'd say but that could be tottally wrong) he was too tall... I've seen this guy just work for the psat few years and for nothing it seems.. Life just sucks some time no?

Thats bad, didn't they him he was too tall when he started? Surely at 16 you've grown fully? (I take it he was 16 when he went to college.)

Surely this isn't allowed, it's discrimination because of height, there must be something he can do, I'd fight this if I was him...
