I like those new tail lights. Give more depth to the whole thing. Too bad of that chipped paint though

Yeah the paint chips already came when i bought the car but i'm repairing it in Portugal because is cheaper to repaint the bonnet then here in Corsica.

The previous tailights made the rear blinkers freeze because Audi says dampness because of the weather striping and wanted 300€ to replece both and i bought them for 180€ from Magnetti Marelli

Ye and especially when it's not absurd-tech like modern headlights it's easy to do the fix yourself. It looks good!

So in the weekend decided to wash both cars and after a quick trip to the fuel station washer with both and a hand drying this was the results

    The Mighty Dacia

    The Upcoming Audi

I think for myself not bad for a touchless wash.
In the next months i'm going to clay the cars because the paints are really bumpy not smoth like they should be and mybe wax them

That's the problem with white cars. When it snows you cannot see them.

Is this a replacement for the Boxster, which was itself a replacement for an MX-5?

Much prefer this colour MX-5 to that silver-grey of your last one, what else is different?

Yep The expensive fun was over.. so time to return to cheap and chuckable fun!

This one is a 2.0l PRHT (folding hardtop..) with all the mods and cons, the most important being heated seats . The old one was a base model 1.8l so it's a fair step up in MX-5 world...

    Congrats on the new ride.

    I used to drive this

But too much work had to be done to it to keep it on the road. So now I drive this

This was aa project of my dad and me. When we bought it, it had steel wheels and a crappy radio. Replaced those and also new non-fogged headlights and some other things. Sadly my dad couldn't enjoy it very long as he unexpectedly passed away last september. So we decided that I could drive it because my Polo wasnt roadworthy anymore and I've driven it with great sense of pride ever since.

Sorry to hear about your loss, I'm sure he'd be very happy to see you enjoying the Subaru!

I've always loved the wagon versions of the Impreza, do you have any other changes in the pipeline or are you keeping it as it is for the time being?

Done a few little mods since I got her. Fitted a new exhaust backbox, opened up and painted the lights, smoked the tail lights, and most recently had it lowered by 45mm.

I've now a base of operations for storing/working 'The Fleet'...

I've also been working on selling a few of the cars, and plans on the next buy! (Sadly, a little while away)

Going to be fun to watch what appears on this 'Base' over the years cal, knowing how you flip and flop on cars.

So the neighbour kindly decided to saw his house or something and covered my car in dust, but I can't be bothered to go wash it again for photos

Most recent purchases have been some new light bulbs, a service, new wheel trims, wind deflectors, and this awesome bluetooth FM transmitter:

MOT next Saturday, can't wait, I'm going stir crazy.
